Creative Edible Game: Lego Gummy Bricks!

Who could have thought of THIS?

My childhood memories and I bet almost every child's, contain Lego bricks! Spending hours of creating numerous imaginative constructions Lego was not just a simple game...was my fantastic world!
And as that wasn't enough...Lego are back with a pretty cool idea! A recipe for edible homemade gummy LEGO pieces that you can actually build with! Grant Thompson, the genius behind the ‘King Of Random’ Youtube DIY channel, posted a step-by-step recipe for how to make your dreams come true.
After four years of experimentation, Thompson has perfected a recipe to create crystal clear, firm, tasty candies, which he argues are actually better than traditional gummy bears.

- 1/2 cup of very cold water

– 1/4 cup of corn syrup

– 2 packets of unflavored gelatin

– 1 pack of Jell-O

Once you've finished playing with your food, store your custom lollies in a container in the fridge. Thompson says they should stay well for about a month, that is, if you haven't eaten them all before then.
As well as stackable Lego bricks, Thompson experiments with other shapes, and ingredients, like vitamin C. Adding vitamin C gives them a sour taste, "making them all the more delicious," he says.
The cherry on top is how Thompson closes his mold so that you can actually build with these gummies! If you have very young children at home, however, consider waiting until they’re older – these gummies may encourage young children to eat real LEGO parts.
There are plenty of pre-made LEGO molds to choose from on Amazon!

This is for personal delicious geeky bliss only!

Game never ends with this cool creation! And don't forget to involve your children in the whole process...I am sure they'll love it!
