They Felt Something Moving In The Water...What Happened Next? Amazing Experience!

It's so beautiful to see that we all can share this beautiful planet!

When we refer to surfers one of the greatest dangers they are facing is shark attack! So all those daredevil sea lovers who are out there catching waves sense a strange movement beneath them...they freeze and get prepared for a terrifying and maybe fatal experience! Thankfully this story has nothing to do with terror! It is an unexpected and really sweet experience that two surfers had at the coast of San Diego in Southern California.

It was few days ago when surfer Dan Murphy and his friends were out catching some waves when they felt a movement in the water behind them...when they turned around to see if their worst fears were true they found out that a baby sea lion was swimming next to them. All their fears from a moment ago fade and the heart attack they felt coming on was averted. Once the surfer saw that the stranger in the water with him was a young friendly pup, and not a shark, he immediately relaxed and went with the flow.

In fact they made a new friend when the sea lion pup hopped on Murphy's surfboard.

While sea lions are a common sight near the shore and surfers are used to them, they rarely get so close to people, let alone hop onto a board!

Τhe group spent the next hour or so surfing, cuddling, playing in the ocean, riding waves, and relaxing atop the board. Thankfully they had a Go-Pro camera with them to capture the moment and bear witness to the unbelievable interaction. The young sea lion is truly a sweetheart, remarkably friendly, and what an amazing experience it must have been for all involved.

This year it has been widely reported that there has been an increase in the number of sick, ailing, and starving seals and sea lions. Animal experts are unsure what the precise cause of it is. There are various animal rescue and rehabilitation groups aiding wildlife officials and sick animals, all of which can use any help they can get. Please consider donating contributions, volunteering time, or other needed resources, and help get these wonderful creatures back to peak condition.

That was really cool to watch...

And remember the sea gives you amazing experiences...it certainly hides dangers but also offers you freedom and a unique sense! Anything that has to do with nature demands our respect so as the sea and its life!
