Dan Clark, a retired United States Marine Sergeant, stepped onto the baseball field during the 2013 World Series. His task? To sing “God Bless America” in front of tens of thousands in the crowd and millions watching at home.
Clark brought the house down at Fenway Park in Boston on Game One, when he performed a rousing rendition of God Bless America during the Seventh Inning Stretch, clad in crisp dress blues.
This performance got the standing ovation it deserved.
