Being In This Child’s Shoes In The Past...And Now A Football Star, Changes Billy's Life Forever! He is a HERO!

J.J. Watt is one of the best defensive lineman the NFL has ever seen, but what few people know is that before his successful career in professional football, Watt endured bullying from his classmates. He was constantly picked on and frequently told he was too small to play the sport he loved. However, he was determined to overcome adversity and, through hard work and perseverance, he learned to believe in himself, developed his athletic skill and went on to become the talented and respected defensive lineman that he is today.
Not far away a 12-year-old child shared the same dream...To become one day a football star, but that wasn't the only thing they shared. Billy's life was being made a living hell by bullies who targeted him due to his teeth and awkward walk. As J.J. never forgot the challenges he had faced in the past once he heard about Billy, he wanted to help and give him back his lost confidence!
The defensive end for the Houston Texans decided to give him a huge surprise and spend some quality time with him, brightening the child's day and giving him some hope for the future. He took him to the YMCA, where he was invited to play football. For the first time, Billy felt like a valuable member of a team. At the end the talented athlete has some sweet and promising surprises for the young boy!
Sometime after leaving that message, the Good Samaritan followed up by posting this:

“He has been having braces for almost two months now. He is very charismatic and feeling more confident. He even mentioned to us that he had two girlfriends (LOL). Things have changed for this little guy, all for the best”.

Being famous is a great challenge that sometimes affect your character and it may turn people to be snobbish…Thankfully J.J. Watt hasn’t forgot his past and what he was suffered back then, plus he shared his story without shame and even helped Billy! He has the real athletic spirit and I respect him deeply for this!
