This timelapse shows Amish farmers in Ohio raising a barn on 13 May 2014 in an impressive 10 hour session. The timelapse was shot by Scott Miller using a Canon 60D with a wireless remote timer set at 20 second intervals. Miller shot 1,600 pictures from 7:00am until 5:00pm and compressed the footage into this 3:30 timelapse. What an amazing display of teamwork!
What’s most amazing about Miller’s video — aside from the simple fact that these men are performing a task that would typically take a “normal,” crane-equipped construction crew weeks, even months, to complete all in a single day — is the precision, the urgency, the highly choreographed nature of it all … it’s almost like ballet. The video is, above all, a testament to the incredible power of dedicated teamwork.
I really wonder if someone needs some constructions to his house will they flew over to help, out of their community. I bet they would make a lot of money with these excellent results!
